NOT CLEANSING YOUR FACE AFTER COMING HOME

It is very important to wash your face right after you come home. Everytime you go out, dust and impurities in the air, build up on the surface of your skin. If not washed off, they can clog your pores leading to breakouts, pimples and other skin problems.

Washing or Splashing some water on your face also makes you feel fresh and lively, after a long, tiresome day.

Make it a point to wash your face as soon as you come home. Use a face wash depending on if you have oily or dry skin, and pat dry your skin.

SKIPPING GYM

Skipping gym or skipping a workout session – both are included in this category. To stay healthy and fit, a regular exercise routine is very essential. Skipping a workout session when you are sick or injured is the right decision. But skipping out on a session only because you feel tired or lazy is not acceptable.
