It also creates a hormonal imbalance in your body. Being overweight alters the testosterone levels in men. Also, Low sperm count and poor sperm motility are common in obese men.

The part of your brain that regulates sleep also regulates your hormones. Sleeping too much or too less affects the regular pattern.

Most of us stay up late working, playing or watching “Netflix” and then wake up late. This disrupts our sleeping cycle, affecting our hormones.

In men, this inadvertently impairs sperm growth, leading to infertility.

First, speculate the reason for staying up too late.
